Seth Minard is an experienced product design professional currently serving as Product Design Manager at Appcast, Inc. since December 2020, where leadership of the product design team includes recruiting UX designers with over three years of experience. As Co-Founder and Lead Product Designer at Stone Soup, an experience design camp established in 2017, Seth emphasizes designing in-person experiences and fostering decentralized ownership. Previous roles include Senior Service Designer at EY, where Seth contributed to the establishment of wavespace Warsaw, and Senior Interaction Designer at Cooper, focusing on impactful product development and problem-solving. Earlier in the career, experience as a Senior Experience Designer at Mad*Pow, a Product Designer at Indiegogo, and a Web Marketing Specialist at Irving Oil helped build a strong foundation in design and marketing. Seth holds a degree from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, completed in 2007.
