Pauline Op de Beeck has a diverse work experience in the field of environmental sustainability and sustainable fashion. Starting in 2014, they worked as an Environment and Energy Resource Security Intern at the British Embassy in Washington DC. In 2016, they joined the Carbon Trust as an Intern Business Services. Pauline then progressed through various roles at the Carbon Trust, including Analyst, Client Executive, Client Manager, EU Business Development Manager - Apparel Sector Lead, and Head of Sales, Europe - Apparel Sector Lead. In these roles, they played a key role in growing the company's business in the apparel sector and became an expert in climate change strategy for the sector. Pauline also led the Carbon Trust's European Business Development Team and coordinated projects and expertise in the apparel sector. In 2022, they joined Finsu as an Advisor - Impact & Sustainable Fashion, before moving to the Apparel Impact Institute in 2023 as the Environmental Portfolio Lead.

Pauline Op de Beeck completed their education at various institutions. In 2009-2011, they attended Malvern College, where they pursued an International Baccalaureate degree. Later, from 2011 to 2015, they studied at The University of Edinburgh and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in International Relations and Affairs. In 2013-2014, Pauline pursued a year-long exchange program at The George Washington University, focusing on International Relations and Affairs. Subsequently, from 2015 to 2016, they pursued a Master's degree in Environmental Policy and Regulation at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). In addition to their formal education, they obtained additional certifications, including Business Sustainability Management from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) in an undisclosed year, Fashion and Sustainability from FutureLearn in 2018, and Private Equity and Venture Capital from Coursera in 2017.
