Stacy Cochran holds the position of Marketing Manager and Creative Director at P.T.L. Industrial Division since September 2018, while also serving as a Retail Sales Associate at Appalachian Wireless, a prominent wireless service provider in Eastern Kentucky, since September 2016. Stacy acquired an Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design from Independence University between 2013 and 2015.
