Yuzhe Liu is currently an iOS Academy participant at App Team Carolina, collaborating with UNC students to design and develop apps for Apple platforms using Swift and SwiftUI, with completed mini projects including an Instagram mock-up, an iPhone weather app, and text processing software. As an Undergraduate Research Assistant at FreemanLab, Yuzhe Liu developed a high-throughput 2D image analysis program utilizing OpenCV, YOLO, and TensorFlow, achieving 98% accuracy in automating particle detection and significantly reducing analysis time. During a software engineering internship at HighGo Database, Yuzhe Liu contributed to the design and implementation of an AI chatbot utilizing the LangChain framework, serving over 1,000 employees. Yuzhe Liu is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, expected to graduate in May 2026, and holds a high school diploma from Shandong Experimental High School.
