Naika Joizil is a skilled technical designer with extensive experience in the fashion industry, currently working at APP Group since June 2019 as a technical designer for MACKAGE outerwear. Previously, Naika held roles at Ville de Montréal, providing specialized support for uniforms and equipment from January 2021 to July 2022, and at The Kersheh Group from January 2016 to May 2019, offering creative and technical assistance to the design department. With a foundation in technical sketching, production details, and interdepartmental collaboration, Naika has also worked with Group Lemur and Louben Sportswear Inc., focusing on kids' sleepwear and ladies' wear. Naika holds a DEC in fashion design from Collège LaSalle and further education from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal.
