Elisa Lankinen is a Product Manager at Oy Apotti Ab since April 2019, specializing in translating the business needs of hospital managers, system admins, and key-users into enhancements for the Epic EMR system. Previous roles include Product Owner, overseeing a team of software developers, and Software Developer, focusing on technical customization in areas such as Data Protection and Security. Elisa has also served as a Principal Trainer, leading a team in the training initiative for over 10,000 end users during the first implementations. Prior to Oy Apotti Ab, Elisa worked as a Registered Nurse at the Hospital District of Helsinki and Uusimaa from February 2014 to March 2019. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Eastern Finland, along with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nursing from Tampere University of Applied Sciences.
