John McDowall, Ph.D., is a Senior Enterprise Architect with extensive experience in systems engineering, enterprise architecture, and academic instruction. Currently serving as an Integration Engineer at Apotheosis Inc. and a Partner at Technology Transfer Consultants, John McDowall has a proven track record in transitioning organizations toward automated management systems and enhancing policy development for the Department of Defense. Previous roles include senior positions at BAE Systems and American Public Education, Inc., as well as contributions to academia as an Adjunct Professor at George Mason University. John McDowall holds a Ph.D. in Information Technology from George Mason University, an MS in Computer Information Systems from Boston University, and a BS in General Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
