Kierstan Tagnosky has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Kierstan has held various roles at ApotheCom, an Inizio Company, starting as a Program Manager in January 2019 and progressing to Associate Director and then Director of Client Services. Prior to ApotheCom, they worked at Complete Healthcare Communications as an Associate Project Manager and Publications Project Coordinator. Kierstan also worked as a Transcriptionist at Rev.com and as a Bank Teller and Assistant Head Teller at TD. Kierstan gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Waters and Sims Employment Services, Inc. and as a Receptionist at the University of Delaware.

Kierstan Tagnosky obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Monmouth University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014.
