Richard Philbrick's work experience includes being the Chief Operating Officer at Apothca since October 2022, as well as serving as the National Director of Construction & Development / Director of Facilities starting in April 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at MC Andrews Co from January 2006 to September 2018.

Richard Philbrick attended Greater Lawrence Technical from 1982 to 1986, where they studied Carpentry/Carpenter.
