Lindsay Ifill has had a varied and interesting career. Lindsay began their professional life as an Associate Editor at Elauwit Media in 2006, where they wrote 7-10 articles per week and took photos for the publications. In 2005, they were an Editorial Assistant in the Sports Interactive Group at Rodale, where they updated content, created polls, troubleshot, and brainstormed new features for various websites. In 2007, they joined Universum as Senior Product Manager, US Online Media, and served as scrum product owner on the company's pilot agile team. From 2011 to 2014, they were Vice President of Product at LitheSpeed, LLC, where they managed the vision and backlog of Sensei, a game-like tool focused on continuous improvement and retrospectives. Lindsay then became Co-Owner of Wild Roots in 2015, a family-run business in Southern New Jersey that offers native plants, knowledge, and helping hands for gardeners who give a damn. In 2017, they became Product Manager at Harmony Helper, leading product development and marketing efforts for a groundbreaking music ed startup. Finally, in 2019, they joined Apostrophe as Program Manager, responsible for defining and organizing how they run projects across the company. Lindsay is currently Technical Project Manager at Apostrophe, where they are the main point of contact between customers and their engineering team, and manages the work stream in the many forms it takes. Lindsay has also implemented systems for managing projects and people using agile methodologies and concepts that focus on managing the people who make projects successful.

Lindsay Ifill attended the University of Delaware from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and Journalism. Lindsay has also obtained certifications as a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) and Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) from the Scrum Alliance.
