Cesar Cruz is an experienced professional in pastoral counseling and education, currently serving as a Clinical Chaplain/Pastoral Counselor at the College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy since January 2021. Additionally, Cesar holds the position of Senior Pastor at Apostolic Assembly and serves as a SYMBIS Facilitator, offering personalized marriage assessment services. As a Mental Health First Aid Instructor with the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, Cesar trains community members in mental health awareness. Since April 2018, Cesar has been General Director at Emmanuel Foundation NY, focusing on developing community leaders, and teaches at International Apostolic Bible College, specializing in spiritual instruction.
