Maxime Vandemaele is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as Director & Conducting Officer - Compliance at Apollo Global Management, Inc. since January 2021, Maxime previously held roles at Aviva Investors as Compliance Manager and MLRO, as well as Compliance Officer from February 2018 to December 2020. Prior to that, experience includes working at Aztec Group as a Senior Compliance Analyst and Junior Funds Administrator from March 2014 to January 2018. Maxime's academic background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Louvain School of Management, along with advanced degrees in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the University of Vienna and Université catholique de Louvain, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in the same field from UCLouvain Saint-Louis Bruxelles.
