Zilvinas Kilda has extensive work experience starting in 1997 as a market research analyst. Zilvinas then worked as a branch manager at Apollo Security from June 1998 to July 2018, where they later became the Director of Sales and Technical Support. In 2006, they joined Mazas Pasaulis Translation Agency as a marketing consultant.

Zilvinas Kilda attended UC Irvine from 1999 to 2000, where they completed a certificate program in Business. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1998, they studied at Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration. Before their university education, Zilvinas Kilda completed their secondary education at Saulės gimnazija from 1986 to 1994, although no degree or field of study was mentioned.
