Chris Olivier is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors within the retail and marketing industries. Currently, Olivier serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Apollo Retail Specialists since July 2023. Previously, Olivier held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Array Marketing and was an Advisory Board Member at Trax Retail. As CEO of SPAR Group from 2017 to 2020, Olivier led a significant public company providing retail solutions globally. Other notable roles include President of Retail Activation at Omnicom Group, and President at Advantage Solutions. Olivier began the career as a Divisional Operations Manager at Woolworths and spent 16 years leading Smollan as CEO, focusing on sales and marketing in emerging markets. Educational qualifications include an MBA and a BA from the University of South Africa, along with studies at Harvard Business School.
