Judith Baltruschat is an accomplished HR professional with diverse experience spanning various roles in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Apollo-Optik since February 2023, Judith previously held multiple Werkstudentin positions at Siemens from January 2018 to November 2022, focusing on fields such as Transformation & Development and HR Personnel Services. Additional experience includes serving as a Projektassistentin at Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm from April 2021 to March 2022 and working as a Personalsachbearbeiterin at Bayernwerk AG from September 2013 to October 2016.
