Maxwell Failing has a diverse work experience in the field of laboratory management and molecular technology spanning from 2016 to the present. Maxwell is currently working as a Laboratory Manager at Apollo Labs since March 2021, where they focus on implementing certified methods and creating SOPs for test accuracy and compliance. Prior to that, Maxwell worked as a Molecular Technologist at Ashion Analytics from March 2019 to March 2020, where they performed DNA/RNA isolations and managed patient medical information in accordance with accreditation standards. Before that, they were a Molecular Technologist at LabCorp from March 2018 to August 2018, specializing in DNA extractions and specimen tracking. Maxwell began their career as a Laboratory Analyst at ETS Laboratories from August 2016 to October 2017, conducting microbiology analyses and providing valuable insights into sample composition.

Maxwell Failing attended Western Washington University from 2014 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology.
