Ryan Alexander

Senior Software Engineer at Apollo

Ryan Alexander started their professional career as a Researcher at the University of North Texas in the Mechanical Engineering and Energy Department in an unspecified year between 2009 and 2011. From January 2012 to January 2013, they were a Researcher at MIT's Department of Material Science and Engineering. In 2013, they worked as an Intern at Oculus360 from May to August. From August 2013 to June 2016, they worked as a Researcher at MIT's Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL), where they were a part of the Genesis system team under Professor Patrick Winston. From June 2014 to June 2015, they worked as an Intern at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. Ryan also worked as a Teaching Assistant at MIT from September 2015 to June 2016, where they taught recitation sessions and wrote exam problems for Artificial Intelligence and Computational Cognitive Science. From June 2016 to May 2022, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Broadway Technology. Ryan currently works at Apollo.io as a Senior Software Engineer, a role that they began in June 2022.

Ryan Alexander attended Texas Academy of Math and Science (TAMS) at UNT from 2009 to 2011. Ryan then went on to attend Massachusetts Institute of Technology and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from 2011 to 2015. Ryan continued their studies at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Computer Science from 2015 to 2016.
