Serah Mathenge is a Business Developer at APA Insurance Limited since October 2022, responsible for sourcing and procuring business aligned with set targets and budgets. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Underwriter at First Assurance, where risk assessment and rating were conducted in accordance with guidelines. Earlier roles also featured a position as a Customer Support Officer at Absa Group focused on developing technologically advanced products for corporate clients and an internship in corporate and investment banking at Barclays. Other experiences include roles at Ronalds & Associates as a Tax and Corporate Finance Intern, and as a volunteer with the Kenya Red Cross, alongside leadership in data collection for SGBV Kenya. Serah holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Nairobi, is a Certified Investment and Financial Analyst from KASNEB, and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Insurance at the College of Insurance.
