Amanda Cantwell serves as the Patient Access Manager at BrightView Behavioral Health Services since April 2023, where efforts focus on improving addiction treatment outcomes. Amanda has extensive experience in workforce analysis, having worked at both American Modern Insurance Group and Tata Consultancy Services. In addition, Amanda has held roles as Lead Sales Coordinator at Apollo Home and has been a teacher with American English, promoting language learning internationally. Previous experience includes various positions at Macy's, including overseeing workforce management and training tools, as well as a background in retail sales with AT&T Mobility and team leadership at Data Recognition Corporation. Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Art History from the University of Cincinnati.
