Vernon worked as an Associate Director of Policy and Ethics and Compliance Operations at Apollo Education Group from 2008, where they ensured compliance with policies and laws, promoted ethical behavior, and presented at professional conferences. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Regulatory Compliance at ValueOptions, Inc.®, where they managed compliance activities and implemented training programs. Vernon Speshock holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History at Arizona State University. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Corporate Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) from the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics in 2008.
