Deana Coady has a diverse work experience in the field of student financial aid and regulatory. Deana started their career in 1993 as a Senior Assistant Director of Financial Aid at Boston University. Deana then worked as a Director of Financial Aid at Bay State College from 2000 to 2002, and later as the Director of Student Financial Services at The New England Institute of Art from 2002 to 2004. Deana then joined Kaplan University as an Associate Director of Student Financial Aid from 2004 to 2005, and later worked as a School Solutions Manager at College Loan Corporation from 2005 to 2007. Deana continued their career as a Relationship Manager at The First Marblehead Corporation from 2007 to 2009, and as an Executive Consultant at Norwell Durham Higher Education Consulting Services from 2008 to 2010. Deana'smost recent role was as a Vice President of Student Financial Aid, Regulatory at Apollo Group, where they provided regulatory guidance and established financial aid policies from 2010 to the present.

Deana Coady obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science from the University of New Hampshire between 1985 and 1990. Deana later pursued a Masters in Education with a focus in Enrollment Management at Capella University from 2006 to 2009.
