Matheus Lira has a diverse work experience in various fields. Matheus worked at Apollo Health and Beauty Care as a Project Coordinator starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they were an Incoming Quality Control Technician at the same company from December 2020 to March 2023. Matheus also worked as a Compounding Technician at Apollo Health and Beauty Care from June 2020 to December 2020.

Before their work at Apollo, Matheus was a Project Manager at CONFLORE JR. - CONSULTORIA FLORESTAL from July 2014 to April 2017. Matheus also had an internship as a Plant Nursery Intern at Prefeitura de Vitória da Conquista from January 2017 to March 2017. Furthermore, they worked as a Research Assistant at Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa e Extensão Universitária from September 2015 to September 2016.

Additionally, Matheus has experience as an Academic Tutor at UESB. Matheus conducted tutoring sessions for 60 students in different academic environments, enhancing their skills related to installation, calibration, and maintenance of climatology monitoring equipment. Matheus successfully improved student performance by increasing the course approval rate by 30% and reducing the student drop rate by approximately 35%. Their role as an Academic Tutor at UESB took place from July 2015 to December 2015, as well as from January 2014 to June 2014.

Matheus Lira completed their Bachelor's degree in Forest Engineering from Universidade Estadual do Sudoeste da Bahia, where they studied from 2011 to 2017. In 2019, they pursued a Diploma in Environmental Engineering Technology/Environmental Technology at Centennial College, which they completed in 2021. As for additional certifications, Matheus obtained Standard First Aid, CPR and AED training from F.A.S.T. Rescue Inc. in July 2021. Matheus is also a Certified Environmental Professional in Training (CEP-IT) from ECO Canada. Matheus is currently in training for a Water Treatment Plant Operator position at the Ontario Clean Water Agency.
