Shruti Sagar Mishra has worked as a Principal QA Engineer at Apollo 24|7 since August 2021. In this role, they focus on automation framework development and improvement for Mobile/UI/Performance automation for Apollo 24|7 apps. Shruti Sagar also designs and develops various Jenkins based CI pipeline strategies for android and web apps, and provides mentorship to junior and senior QA professionals on automation best practices.

Shruti Sagar also gained experience as a Consultant at Deloitte India from September 2016 to April 2018, where they worked on technologies such as OpenText Exstream and IBM Business Rule Engine in the field of enterprise architecture for the public sector domain. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Technology Analyst at Deloitte India from December 2013 to September 2016.

Shruti's professional journey began at Accenture in India, where they worked as a Senior Test Automation Engineer from November 2010 to October 2013.

Shruti Sagar Mishra obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, completing their education from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their degree, Shruti has also obtained several certifications including ISTQB Foundation level, Application Tester Certification from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, HP Accredited Integration Specialist in Application Life Cycle Management v11/QC 11, HP Accredited Integration Specialist in Functional Testing v11/QTP 11, and NCFM certification from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
