Saurabh Jain has four years of professional experience in the field of business intelligence. Saurabh began their career in 2013 as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services. In 2016, they moved on to become a Data Analyst at the University of South Florida. In 2017, they were employed as a Business Analyst at DDS Lab, LLC. Currently, they are a Business Intelligence Manager at Apollidon Learning.

Saurabh Jain obtained a Bachelor's Degree in 2009-2013 from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad. Saurabh then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida in 2016-2017. Saurabh has also obtained a number of certifications from various institutions, including Tableau, SAS, Citi, Coursera, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Alteryx, and Google, between 2014 and 2021.
