Ken Tsui has held various roles throughout their career. Ken began working as a Senior Associate at PwC from September 2011 to August 2015. Following that, they joined Citi as the VP of Modeling from August 2015 to April 2018. Ken then joined Hang Seng Bank as a Senior Data Scientist from April 2018 to July 2019. In 2018, they also worked as a Writer for Towards Data Science. Currently, Ken Tsui serves as the Vice President of Machine Learning at Apoidea since July 2019.
Ken Tsui has a diverse education history. Ken holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Risk Management Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Additionally, they have completed several nanodegree programs offered by Udacity, including one in Natural Language Processing and another in Artificial Intelligence. Ken also has a background in CVA pricing/modeling, having studied this field at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Ken earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Economics and Accounting from the HKUST Business School. In terms of certifications, Ken is a Certified Financial Risk Manager (Certified FRM) certified by the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), and they are also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) accredited by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA).
