Franco Amisano has been working in the field of cybersecurity and space research since 1993. Franco began their career at Fondiaria-Sai as a professional in 1993. In 1998, they joined THALES ALENIA SPACE as a professional, where they were involved in the preliminary definition of electric design and requirements of scientific satellites, as well as the analysis of scientific issues of space missions and the development of performance models of scientific payload instruments. Franco also contributed to technical proposals for tenders issued by the European Space Agency. In 2004, they became a consultant, where they were responsible for program management and design support activities in scientific projects in the space research sector, as well as the design of instruments for spectrophotometric measurements and the development of algorithms for the measurement of light intensity profile, luminous flux and colorimetric parameters. In 2019, they joined Apogeo Space as a Support Program Manager, and OneFirewall Alliance as a Cybersecurity engineer and business partner. In 2022, they joined Abir Holdings as their bridge & access to innovations.

Franco Amisano's education history includes obtaining an Engineer degree in Electronics Engineering from Politecnico di Torino between 1985 and 1991. In 1992, they obtained a Qualification to the profession of Engineer by passing the State Examination and inscription to the Engineers' Association of the province of Alessandria. Franco then went on to obtain a Political Science Degree in Political Science from University of Eastern Piedmont "Amedeo Avogadro" between 1993 and 2002.
