Doug Shamblin possesses extensive experience in engineering and research, currently serving as Principal Research Engineer at Apogee Research, LLC since May 2017. Prior roles include Engineer Scientist III at the Electric Power Research Institute from September 2016 to April 2017, and Principal Research Engineer at Apogee Research, LLC from June 2015 to August 2016. Doug's background also includes positions as a Software Development Engineer at Cisco Systems and as an ASIC Verification Engineer at Hewlett-Packard, along with a role as Senior ASIC Verification Engineer at Agilent Technologies. Doug holds a Master of Science in Robotics and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, both from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
