Aurélie Moniot has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. In 2018, they worked as a Doctoral mobility at Emory University. From 2016 to 2020, they were associated with Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne, initially as a PhD student from 2016 to 2019, and later as an Associate Assistant from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they joined SATT Nord as an Engineer from March to August, and then joined Apmonia Therapeutics as a Non-clinical Project Manager from September onwards.

Aurélie Moniot began their education at Lycée Lasalle Reims Thillois, where they earned a Technical degree in Biological and Biotechnological Analysis from 2011 to 2013. Aurélie then attended Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne from 2013 to 2014, earning a Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Earth and Environment. From 2014 to 2016, they pursued a Master's degree in Biology, Health and Quality at the same institution. In 2016, they commenced their doctoral studies at Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne and earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Cell Biology in 2020. Additionally, they obtained a University degree on animal experiment from Universite de Lorraine in 2017.
