Alexandra McCosker is an experienced People & Culture leader currently serving as the People & Culture Director ANZ at APM since July 2023. With a robust background in HR management, Alexandra previously held the role of General Manager People & Culture at Healius Limited from August 2020 to April 2023, overseeing strategic HR operations, policies, and talent acquisition. Additional experience includes directorial positions at Thales and an executive role at Commonwealth Bank, as well as significant leadership roles at the Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia, Samsung Electronics, and Qantas, where responsibilities spanned various HR functions and regional operations. Alexandra holds a Master of Business and Technology and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources from UNSW and TAFE NSW, respectively, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Media and Communications and Psychology.
