Shanie Spiegel has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently working at Otsar Family Services, Inc. since April 2008, where responsibilities include maintaining personnel records in compliance with OPWDD requirements and providing updated information on medical and dental benefits. Prior to this role, Shanie served in human resources and building management at HASC Center, Inc. from October 2000 to March 2008. Shanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and Psychology from Bar Ilan University and completed education at Pelech High School in Jerusalem, Israel.
