Simon Ford is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager currently leading the talent acquisition strategy for APM Terminals across Africa and Europe since September 2024. Prior to this role, Simon served as Global Talent Acquisition Manager at A.P. Moller - Maersk from September 2022 to September 2024. Additionally, Simon has extensive experience in talent acquisition at Serco between February 2016 and April 2022, and as a Senior Recruitment Advisor in Rail & Nuclear at Atkins from February 2014 to February 2016. Simon's career also includes roles as a Senior Consultant at TRS Consultants JLT and CDI AndersElite, with a focus on the rail and engineering sectors. Simon holds a BSc Honours in Business & Economics Studies from Newcastle University and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD in Human Resources Management and Services.
