Isabella Mendes Gonçalves is an experienced sustainability analyst currently working at WayCarbon since June 2021, focusing on carbon footprint projects and emission inventories. Prior experience includes roles as an environmental assistant at Conape Serviços Ltda, where Isabella contributed to annual and sustainability reporting, and as an environmental intern at MRS Logística, involved in greenhouse gas inventory projects. Involved with Engenheiros Sem Fronteiras, Isabella managed communications and environmental education projects. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Environmental and Sanitary Engineering from Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora, a postgraduate specialization in Project Management from HSM University, and current postgraduate studies in ESG and Corporate Sustainability at Fundação Getulio Vargas.
