Sharon Starnes has extensive experience at American Public Life Insurance, having joined the company in November 1983. Over the years, Sharon has held various positions, progressing from Receptionist & Accounts Receivable Clerk to Supervisor roles in Billing & Misc. Financial and Agent Services & Commission Accounting, eventually advancing to Manager of Billing Services, Agent Commission, New Business and Policy Services. Currently, Sharon serves as AVP of Operational Compliance & Support while also managing Customer Service since November 2000.
