Jordan C. has a diverse background in Information Technology, with experience in software quality assurance and customer service. Currently working at American Public Life Insurance (APL) as the Manager of Information Technology, Jordan has previously held roles such as IT Special Projects Analyst and Software Quality Assurance Team Lead. Prior to APL, Jordan worked at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi in software quality assurance and customer service roles. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science from Mississippi State University and a Master of Business Administration from Delta State University.
