Jona G. has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2003 as an Administrative Assistant for DAEHAN Phil. Inc. From 2006-2017, they worked as an Executive Assistant for Hitachi, Ltd. In 2015, they began working as a Top Rated Virtual Assistant for Task Mania Virtual Services. In 2018, they became a Web Designer, creating unique solutions to help clients deliver a spectacular experience to their students/members. Most recently, they have been an Operations & Marketing Associate and EOS Integrator for Apiworx, a SaaS (Software as a Service).

Jona G. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Systems Technology Institute in 2005. In 2016, Jona G. completed three diplomas from The Shaw Academy in Graphic Design, Web Development, and Digital Marketing. In April 2018, Jona G. also obtained a Customer Service Training certification from GoSkills.com.
