Lindsey Lynch has diverse work experience across various organizations. Since November 2020, they have served as the Director of Learning and Development at ApiJect Systems America, Inc., a public benefit corporation dedicated to making injectable medicines safe and accessible. Prior to this, from May 2020 to November 2020, they worked as a Project Manager at the same company.

From July 2018 to May 2020, Lindsey was the Executive Program Manager at The TEDMED Foundation, where they supported multidisciplinary collaboration for a healthier humanity.

Before that, they held the position of Vice Principal at KIPP DC The Learning Center from July 2015 to June 2018. From July 2014 to June 2015, they worked as a Special Education Teacher for the FAST Program at E.L. Haynes Public Charter School.

Lindsey Lynch's education history begins in 2005 when they enrolled at Cornell University. Lindsey studied there for four years and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History in 2009. Following their undergraduate studies, Lindsey pursued further education at George Mason University from 2009 to 2011. During this time, they completed a Master of Education (MEd) degree with a focus on K-12 Special Education.

In addition to their formal degrees, Lindsey has also obtained several certifications. In July 2009, they obtained a certification in Special Education, K-12, from the District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS). Later, in May 2018, Lindsey completed a Principal Fellowship program at the Relay Graduate School of Education.

More recently, Lindsey has pursued professional development through various online platforms. In August 2020, they obtained a Project Management Certificate from eCornell. Lindsey also completed two certifications on LinkedIn: "Moving DEI from Intention to Impact with Ruchika Tulshyan" in November 2022, and "How to Speak So People Want to Listen" in June 2022.
