Neha Uday Pujari has a diverse work experience in the customer service and recruiting fields. Neha Uday started their career at KocharTech as a Customer Service Representative, working in various roles such as sales, banking processes, customer support, feedback desk, Google support team, creditor for loan, and finally as a Swiggy support care chat support team. Neha Uday was also promoted to the role of Quality Analyst through Internal Job Posting.

Neha Uday then transitioned into the recruiting field, starting at SoftNice as a Technical Recruiter. In this role, Neha was responsible for sourcing technical profiles on job boards, maintaining candidate databases, researching new technologies, participating in training and workshops, and posting jobs on online portals.

Currently, Neha is working at Apidel Technologies as a Technical Recruiter.
