Dat Pham, CPIM, CSCP has a diverse range of work experience in supply chain and logistics. Dat began their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at Caterpillar Inc., where they managed capital projects and implemented lean manufacturing processes. Dat then moved on to roles such as Production Supervisor, Supply Chain Planning Engineer, and Supply Chain Planning and Inventory Accuracy Manager, where they focused on improving material flow, optimizing inventory control, and implementing best practices. Dat also served as a Supply Chain 6 Sigma and Lean Black Belt, leading strategic planning and driving change to achieve operational goals. In their most recent role at Caterpillar Inc., they served as the Group Manager of Logistics, Analytics, and Visualizations. Additionally, Dat Pham has experience outside of Caterpillar Inc., serving as a Director of IT and Vice President of Education for APICS Triangle Chapter, where they improved the chapter's website and coordinated APICS certification courses. Dat also gained experience as an Advanced Manufacturing Intern at Los Alamos National Laboratories and as a Thermodynamics Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin.

Dat Pham, CPIM, CSCP, earned a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, where they studied from 2001 to 2006. In addition, they hold several certifications, including a 6 Sigma Black Belt from Caterpillar Inc. obtained in August 2014, APICs CSCP certification obtained in December 2013, and APICs CPIM certification obtained in December 2010.
