Carl Lee is an experienced information security professional currently serving as an Information Security Manager for Cyber Defense Operations and AI App Development Lead at APi Group since June 2021. With a focus on developing AI applications to support field leaders, Carl has previously held critical roles at Best Buy as an Information Security Lead and Senior Analyst specializing in Insider Threat, as well as positions at Populus Group and the Minnesota Department of Public Safety. Earlier in their career, Carl was an Area Manager at Amazon and a Group Leader at Target, following military service as a Senior Intelligence Analyst in the US Army. Carl holds an Associate of Science degree in Cybersecurity, Virtualization and Forensics from Century College and a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts, Psychology from Excelsior University.
