Janet Dwomor, MSA, is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as an Accounting Specialist at the Association of Public Health Laboratories since July 2023. Prior to this role, Janet held positions at BDO USA, LLP as a Tax Associate, Lani Eko & Company, CPAs, PLLC as an Accountant, and JAYBRO GROUP LLC as an Accountant. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Senior Investor Accountant at PHH Mortgage and as an Accounting Assistant at Brennan Title Abstract. Janet began their professional journey as an Education Ambassador at IGNITE, focusing on STEM programming and tutoring. Janet holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University - Camden.
