Princewill Williams has over 8 years of work experience in various roles. Princewill started their career as a Junior Manager at Nestlé in 2014, where they were responsible for inspecting production processes, supervising clerical staff, and preparing reports. In 2020, Princewill joined Goodtalent Corporation as a Sales Associate, where they identified and cultivated new sales opportunities, executed prospecting activities, and built relationships with clients. Princewill also worked as a Business Analyst / Recruitment Consultant at Goodtalent Corporation, where they conducted end-to-end recruitment processes and communicated with hiring managers to identify job requirements. Currently, Princewill is working as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at ApexTalents. In this role, they source potential candidates through online methods such as Boolean searches and LinkedIn, keeps track of applicants, and informs them about the application process.
