Prior to this, in 2022, Pradeep served as the Vice President at upGrad Rekrut.

Before joining upGrad Rekrut, Pradeep worked at Trigent Software Inc from 2018 to 2022, holding various roles including Director of Professional Services for India/APAC and Vertical Head of Professional Services.

Pradeep began their career at Accenture in 2002 as an HR Analyst, where they were responsible for handling a team of HR Assistants, managing onboarding and induction processes for new employees.

Pradeep Hagalvadi pursued their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (E&EE) from SJCE, Mysore, during the period of 1994 to 1999.
