Bill Moran has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Bill is currently working as a Delivery Senior Partner for Apexon, specializing in the banking and telecommunications sectors. Prior to this, they owned their own company, WNM Companies LLC, from 2021 to 2023.

In their previous roles at Charter Communications, Bill served as the Sr. Director of Architecture and Program Management from 2020 to 2021. Before that, they were the Sr. Director of Video Operations in Enterprise Systems Engineering from 2019 to 2020, and the Sr. Director of Cloud Guide Engineering from 2018 to 2019.

Prior to joining Charter Communications, Bill worked at Sling TV where they held the position of Vice President of Quality and Integration from 2015 to 2018. Before that, they had a long tenure at Dish Network, serving as the Vice President of Quality and Integration from 2014 to 2018 and holding various engineering and leadership positions in Systems and Software Engineering from 2005 to 2014.

Bill Moran has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from Villanova University. Bill also holds two Bachelor of Science (BS) degrees, one in Computer Science and another in Mathematics, both from the University of Wyoming.
