Anson started their career at EY in 2014 as an Advisory Staff Programmer & Data Analyst and worked there until 2016. Anson D. also had previous roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant & Student at Bowling Green State University from 2012 to 2014, a Business Intelligence Intern at Ernst & Young in 2013, and a Systems Engineer at Infosys Technologies Ltd from 2009 to 2012.

Anson D. completed their Master's degree in Computer Science from Bowling Green State University from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Anson D. obtained the "Leadership Insights on Coaching" certification from Skillsoft in July 2023. Anson also earned the "MTA: Database Fundamentals" certification from Microsoft in April 2016.
