Monij Sankhe, MHA, MDS, currently serves as the Operational Director for Recruitment, Job and Compensation at Apex Therapeutic Services LLC since June 2021, where operational leadership and strategic management have led to improved healthcare staffing services and enhanced productivity. Previously, Monij held roles as Operations, Compensation and Recruitment Manager, and Healthcare Recruiter within the same company, overseeing a team dedicated to efficient recruitment processes. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at The Silvercrest Center, focusing on healthcare worker recruitment and payroll management, a Data Management Associate at Aramark, and positions as an Endodontist at Sahyog Dental & Implant Clinic and Sabka Dentist. Monij holds a Master’s degree in Health Administration from Long Island University and a Master’s in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics from Bharati Vidyapeeth.
