Nikki Davis is an experienced professional in client services and development, currently serving as the Director of Client Services at Apex Leaders since March 2020. In this role, Nikki manages a large team, focusing on operational efficiencies, client health, and talent development. Prior experience includes a tenure at Boise State University, where Nikki held various positions including Director of Development, Associate Director of Development for the College of Health Sciences, and Assistant Director of Development, while successfully building relationships to support university initiatives. Additional experience includes serving as Business Development Coordinator for Make-A-Wish Idaho. Nikki holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Administration from Boise State University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Journalism and a Public Relations certificate.
