Joanna A. Pham is a highly skilled Principal Research & Development Scientist at Apex International Mfg, Inc., where responsibilities include product development for OTC, cosmetic, personal care, industrial, and natural products, covering all phases from formulation to production scale-up. Prior to this role, Joanna served as a Principal Chemist at Ecolab for over 13 years. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, accredited by the American Chemical Society, from the University of St. Thomas.
