Marina Karnofsky is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in program management and educational initiatives. Currently serving as the Career Exploration Program Manager at Apex for Youth since May 2023, Marina previously held the position of Program Manager at PENCIL, Inc. from January 2019 to May 2023, where responsibilities included managing the DYCD Ladders for Leaders program and facilitating college and career readiness sessions. Marina's background also includes roles as Production & Operations Coordinator at All Stars Project, Inc., Field Organizer at Terra Strategies, and Urban Education Fellow at Great Oaks Charter Schools. Additionally, significant project management experience was gained through the NYC HS Admissions Pilot Study. Marina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology of Medicine and Humanitarian Aid from New York University.
