William Capuzzi possesses extensive senior management experience in the securities and financial technology industries, currently serving as CEO of Apex Fintech Solutions since September 2015. In addition to their role at Apex, Capuzzi is a partner at PEAK6 Investments, an investor at multiple firms including Socially Financed, Edison Partners, Fin Capital, and Treasury, as well as a member of the Board of Directors for The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation. Formerly, Capuzzi held key positions including Chief of Staff and Executive Managing Director at Convergex and President & CEO at G-Trade. Areas of expertise encompass all facets of equity trading, international trading, sales management, execution management platforms, and product/project management. Capuzzi holds a BA in Environmental Science from Wesleyan University and an MBA in Strategic Management from Rutgers University.
