Hana Ferronato is an experienced evaluator with a strong background in providing technical assistance and data support to urban Indian health organizations, specifically through roles at Apex Evaluation and the Urban Indian Health Institute. Previous positions include Research Assistant at Michigan State University, where Hana conducted interviews for evaluating the impact of Domestic Violence Housing First, and Education Strategies Program Associate at United Way of King County, focusing on participatory grantmaking and racial equity analysis. Additional experience includes roles at Child Care Resources, King County Sexual Assault Resource Center, Northwest Immigrant Rights Project, and Acción Ecológica, where Hana worked extensively in advocacy, research, and policy evaluation. Hana holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Washington and an undergraduate degree in Latin American Studies and Environmental Studies from St. Olaf College.
